It will soon launch calls for tenders to begin the hotel design process. The corporation will also ensure that construction will uphold the highest sustainability standards to minimize the environmental impact. Thanks to its outstanding architectural signature, the hotel will blend in with its surroundings while preserving the natural beauty of the landscape. Therefore, Loto-Québec supports a low-height building design.
